Europe Tour Package

These above tour prices are based on the attached itinerary and include:

• Offer is based on a 49 seater coach (49 seater coaches are allocated to groups below 45 passengers)
• The services of air-conditioned touring coach as per the itinerary.
• All meals as per the attached itinerary in PURPLE excluding beverages unless otherwise stated.
• Entrance fees/ferries/cruises per the attached itinerary in RED.
• English speaking guides as stated on the attached itinerary in GREEN
• Airfare (MAA-ZRH / CDG-MAA)
• Visa Charges (Inclusive of VFS charges)

These prices do not include :

• Beverages/drinks unless otherwise stated
• Tips to touring coach driver and local guides are NOT included
• Porterage – baggage handling at hotel is not included

Please also note the following:

Child Policy :

• Infant 0-2: Free of charge in parents room
• Child 2-11: 75% of adult price sharing with 2 full paying passengers with EXTRA bed
• Child 2-11: 60% of adult price sharing with 2 full paying passengers with NO bed
• Maximum of 2 paying adults and 1 child allowed per double/twin room N.B Only children over the age of 2 years count towards the overall size of the group when calculation the pricing slab

Triple rooms and family rooms are offered strictly subject to availability at time of confirmation

Driving hours:

Touring coaches are at the disposal of the group every day indicated for the services stipulated in the itinerary but the use of these is limited to a 12 hour period per day. The driver may only drive for a maximum of 9 hours within the total 12 hours at disposal and after a 4.5 hour drive, must have a break of 45 minutes. Thus, if the group commence use of the coach at 8.00 am, they must be finished back at the hotel by 8.00 pm and so on. Drivers must have a mandatory minimum of 12 hours consecutive resting period overnight so if the group return to the hotel at 10:00 pm the driver cannot commence driving again until 10:00 am the following day. The driver is never permitted to work for more than 12 duty hours per day for a tour in France.

It is mandatory to pay €3.00 per person per day as tips to the driver

Discretionary tip for local guides – recommended €25 per half day

Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 15:00 Hrs / 12:00Hrs

Information about meals included:

Indian menu lunches & dinners are based on two vegetarian dishes and one meat dish (with papad and pickles, one dahl, rice, nan/roti, yoghurt, salad and dessert)

Three course lunch/dinner at restaurant or hotel are based on 3 courses – 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert.

(Please note there are some restaurants and hotel dinners that the group must all have the same menu)
